Where do you ship to?

We aim to ship worldwide and regularly add new destinations. Whether you live in the Netherlands or on the other side of the globe, our miniatures will find their way to your dollhouse.

We currently ship to all countries within the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

When will you ship my order?

Our products are handmade with great care and attention to detail. Each item is unique and often crafted especially for you once your order is placed. That means we usually don’t ship directly from stock.

  • Are all items in stock? Then we’ll ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Need us to get to work just for you? Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and shipping.
  • Can’t meet that timeline? We’ll always get in touch with you.

Can I pick up my order in Rosmalen?

Absolutely! It also saves on shipping costs and packaging materials. Just select Pick up at Mouse and Mini’s at checkout.

Please note: only come by once you’ve received a message from us confirming your order is ready. We’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time together.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. They depend on the weight and size of your ordered products in combination with the final destination. We ship with care via PostNL within the Netherlands and via Deutsche Post to other destinations.

Small items that fit through the mailbox are shipped as tracked letterbox parcels. Letterbox shipping uses three weight tiers depending on the total order weight. Larger or heavier orders are shipped as tracked standard packages.

Why does the packaging sometimes look reused?

We love giving packaging a second life.

The boxes we receive our PLA filament in, for example, are sturdy and perfectly reusable — so we use them again for your order. We also reuse other packing materials whenever possible. That way, we make a sustainable choice together, without compromising on quality or presentation.
